At be™, our speech therapists collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team, as we understand that speech/language development is complex process and often requires a team approach to address other challenges which may be impacting a child’s development.

Our speech therapists are passionate about helping children gain the communication skills they need to connect and interact meaningfully with the people in their lives. We seek to break down barriers to communication and create a more inclusive society, where the voices of all individuals are recognised and respected. We celebrate the richness of diverse communication styles including verbal, non-verbal, or alternative forms of communication; and celebrate each person's innate strengths and abilities, to help overcome challenges.

At be™, our occupational therapists support children and adolescents to achieve their daily occupations including self-care (dressing, toileting), school, work, and play.

We believe that every person has the innate capacity to participate actively and meaningfully in their daily activities and life roles. We realise that there is no one-size-fits-all approach and we tailor our supports to meet the unique needs and preferences of every individual. We honour and respect everyone’s unique interests, passions, and aspirations, and incorporate these elements into our supports.

At be™, our social workers collaborate with children and families to enhance capacity, instil self-confidence and self-advocacy, develop emotional regulation skills and resilience, navigate school-related challenges and social interactions with peers and family, address anxieties, work through grief and loss, and address various other aspects to support holistic well-being.

We understand that every person's journey is unique and shaped by their diverse experiences and backgrounds. By nurturing a safe and supportive environment, our social workers support each individual to feel heard and seen for who they truly are. Allied Health Assistants (AHA’s) play an important role at be™ as they help care for the overall wellness of our families and contribute to the holistic and supportive care environment that we aim to provide at be™.

Our AHAs work in close collaboration with our speech therapists, occupational therapists and social workers, to provide inclusive and personalised care.
